The Big One

Over the past 3 days, I have narrowed the NFL down from 32 teams all the way to 2. Now its time to see who I think will take home the Vince Lombardi trophy.

Green Bay Packers: The offense is led by Aaron Rodgers, who will be handing off to a solid RB in Ryan Grant and passing to a core of veteran yet still talented wide receivers. But the most important thing about this team is the improvement of their defense. They would have made a run last year, but their defense couldn't stop Arizona for over 4 hours, and they paid for it. But now, they are good enough to possibly lead this team all the way.

Indianapolis Colts: The Colts came painfully close last year, and I can promise you that no one is more hungry to get another ring then Peyton Manning. I'm sure he is fed up of putting up MVP season after MVP season, yet is still behind Tom Brady in many minds due to his singular Super Bowl ring. Like the Packers, the Colts defense has also improved over last year's defense, and the matchup could be one for the ages.

What we have is two great offenses and two improved defenses . But given that the Colts have a slightly better offense, I'm giving the Colts the edge here. My guess: the Colts squeak out what could be an instant classic: 28-24.
